Farm machinery and equipment should be inspected carefully upon delivery.

If machinery is found to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the order, customers should contact KrishiSathi™ promptly and provide:

• Relevant serial number, where applicable

Machinery that has been used, installed, modified, dismantled, or operated may not qualify for a return unless the issue is covered by an applicable warranty, replacement policy, or consumer law.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, certain technical defects may be handled through the manufacturer's authorized service or warranty process rather than through a physical product return.

Customers are advised to inspect packages when they are delivered.

If the package or product is visibly damaged:

Where the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our policy, KrishiSathi™ may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification and applicable terms.

For large farm machinery and heavy equipment, return transportation may involve specialized logistics and separate arrangements.

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, incorrect product, or another issue covered by applicable law, returned products should generally be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In the original packaging where reasonably possible
• Complete with accessories, manuals, documents, and other included items
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that are damaged because of customer misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or improper handling may not qualify for a return or refund.

Once a return or refund request has been approved, the applicable refund will generally be processed using the original payment method or another appropriate method.

The refund amount may depend on:
